After extensive planning and consideration of the site, views, apartment layouts and overall living experience, Gaura Prastha Legacy has been designed around an L-shaped architectural plan. The L-shaped configuration allows more residences to benefit from open views and natural light. It creates a combination of three-sided, corner and single-sided apartments, with the two apartments positioned at the outer ends of the L enjoying particularly open three-side views.
Rather than treating openness as an afterthought, the architecture uses the building form itself to create a greater sense of space, light and connection with the surroundings.
A Contemporary Expression of Jaipur Heritage – The architectural language takes inspiration from the traditional character of Rajasthan, while keeping the overall design simple, refined and contemporary. The building incorporates elements inspired by Jaipur’s architectural heritage, including chhatris, jharokhas and jalis, interpreted through a clean neoclassical approach. The intention is to create a building that feels appropriate to the traditional character of Sri Dham Mayapur while still offering the comfort and functionality of modern residential living.
